With easy access to I-75, you can get to downtown Tampa in about 30 minutes, to the Tampa International Airport in 40 minutes, and to St. Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach in about an hour.  New Tampa is bounded by Lutz to the west, Wesley Chapel to the north, Morris Bridge Road (near Thonotosassa) to the east, and the University community and the University of South Florida to the south.

New Tampa is made up of high-end communities consisting of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes.  Many of these communities offer fantastic amenities.
