Lutz is a small, upscale area with a population of around 23,000 people. Lutz is located in the northern part of Hillsborough County and roughly 15 miles from Tampa. This area is still continuing to grow. New construction is everywhere. There are many sections of single-family homes but there are also condos and townhomes, for sale and for rent! Cheval is a very popular neighborhood in Lutz. It’s a gated community with over 1,400 homes and 3 separate gated entryways. There are 2 golf courses here. You do not have to be a golfer to live here, but it’s really fun to get around the community on a golf cart! It’s pretty nice to have golf courses and clubhouses in your neighborhood. You can walk, bike, or take the golf course over for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Dale Mabry is a highway that runs right through the area of Lutz. You can find almost anything along this major road. There is Walgreens, Kohl’s, the hospital, supermarkets, HomeGoods. I could keep ongoing. Let’s just say there is plenty around. There is horseback riding, a BMX track, gorgeous parks and so much more! If you take just a quick 45-minute car ride you’ll arrive at St Pete Beach. Did you know was named as the number 1 beach in the country by trip advisor!
