Wesley Chapel is a fast-growing suburb located in the Tampa Bay area. There are currently close to 61,000 people and the area continues to grow. For this reason, there is a ton of new construction in this area. Wesley Chapel is roughly 25 miles north of Downtown Tampa and about 70 miles to Walt Disney World. So many people are talking about this fabulous area but why? There is a ton of new construction going on here, not to mention it is very affordable in this area. Residents are very happy with the school system, there are tons of fun things to do indoors and outdoors and it’s not really that far away from downtown!
