Land O’ Lakes is just north of Tampa and is considered to be part of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida metropolitan area. Land O’Lakes doesn’t have a beach, but when you live here, you are less than 30 minutes away from the coastline. This area is VERY well known for its neighborhoods. The location of them allows a more quiet living without the hustle and bustle and noise of a busy area. Many homes are hidden among lakes and a massive wetlands conservation area.
